
Cancellation Policy
Each client is entitled to one complimentary cancellation per year. For non-holiday bookings, a 20% deposit is required. Cancellations made with at least 8 days' notice will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made with 4 to 7 days' notice will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days or less will not be refunded. Cancellation requests received after 8 p.m. CST will be processed on the following business day.
For holiday bookings (covering all federal holidays), full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations will not be refunded unless a notice is provided at least one month in advance, except in cases of extreme extenuating circumstances. I am open to discussing special cancellation requests in such situations. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the me of any cancellations. Requests received after 8 p.m. CST will be handled the next business day.
